All symposium participants are invited to join a Welcome Reception, which will take place in the heart of Vilnius Old Town – SENATORS’ PASSAGE. The venue is based in a historic house that delights visitors with its spacious, yet cosy, open-air courtyard. Senators’ Passage is also known for its farmers circle which strives for sustainable kitchen, quality food and heartfelt hospitality. Enjoy delicious snacks and drinks served in an open-air courtyard by “14 horses” restaurant. The restaurant is well known for putting an emphasis on the importance of seasonal changes, environmental responsibility, and a deep connection to Lithuanian culture. Please join the reception, indulge in the experience, and meet your colleagues from all around the world.

Explore Lithuanian heritage through the flavours of modern Lithuanian cuisine!
After the MID-TOUR trip, the symposium participants will meet for dinner at the hospitality complex MONTE PACIS, which is housed in a historic guesthouse built in the 17th century by the Chancellor of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, Kristupas Zigmantas Pacas. The name MONTE PACIS means Mountain of Peace, and hospitality is mentioned on purpose – it is a universally accepted daily tradition of treating a guest with joy and care.
The natural beauty of the Regional Park, the grandeur of the historical and cultural heritage site, the spiritual atmosphere, cosy interior, locally grown produce, legendary recipes historically tied with the monastery interpreted in a modern way by a professional chef, and wine produced in various European monasteries: all this and more will make time stand still and transform the meeting of EGF delegates into a unique and special experience.
