Poster sessions:
There will be 2 poster sessions during the symposium:
POSTER SESSION 1: Theme 1 & 2
Time: from 15:00 to 16:00 on June 12, 2023
Poster set-up: from 08:30 to 10:00 on June 12, 2023
Poster removal: from 16:00 to 18:00 on June 12, 2023
POSTER SESSION 2: Theme 2 & 3
Time: from 09:00 to 10:00 on June 13, 2023
Poster set-up: from 08:00 to 09:00 on June 13, 2023
Poster removal: from 09:00 to 11:00 on June 13, 2023
All authors shall be present at his/her poster during both poster sessions.
General information:
Location at the venue: VIP space | 5th floor
Poster number: a list with posters numbers will be placed on the front board in the posters session zone.
Adhesive pads/tape: will be provided by the organizers.
Presenters are responsible for setting up and removing their poster by the required time. Symposium secretariat will not be responsible for loss of posters after removal time.
Please approach the staff for assistance during the set-up and removal hours.
Poster preparation guidelines:
- The poster must contain the following elements: title, author(s) and institution (positioned at the top); a brief introduction, methods, results and conclusions (positioned further down the poster).
- A photograph at the top right hand corner will help the audience to identify the presenting author(s).
- A poster is not a vehicle to present the details normally contained in a scientific paper. Make certain that the message is clear and simple. The text should be kept to a minimum, and presentations, e.g., graphs, histograms and photographs are strongly encouraged.
- Appropriate use of colour improves the readability.
- Lettering: Guidelines for minimum font sizes (letter height) are as follows:
- Poster title: 20 mm
- Author(s), institution: 13 mm
- Headings: 13 mm
- Body text: 9 mm
- The language of the poster should be English.
Poster format:
All posters will be placed on the white Octanorm panel boards: Portrait orientation, 100 cm (width) x 250 cm (height). Available poster area: 95 cm (width) x 235 cm (height). Most common is the ISO/DINA0 format.
